When I was in elementary school I always learned best working with someone.
My mother was very good with helping me study. She would call out my vocabulary words, make up extra math problems, and gathered
the materials I would need to build a science project. I was very fortunate to have such help. She helped me to develop my
team work skills. I have always been someone to pre-read material before going to class. I will take notes during class then
at home rewrite them. My knowledge of how I learn best helps me through college. I have not changed the way that I learn over
the years. With math it is Practice, Practice, and more Practice. With other subjects I have to read, take notes and rewrite
the notes.
All About Me……
I strive to be a teacher. I am gaining the knowledge to teach all subjects in kindergarten
through fifth grade. The sky is not the limit for me. I am going to give 110% to my role as a teacher. I believe in high expectations
for my students and myself. The core value I have is the legacy I leave for my children. As a teacher I have the responsibility
teach rules, respect for all people, love oneself, and have the knowledge to make it through life. They must know they can
accomplish anything. I can not express my religious beliefs in class. I will hold myself as a responsible Christian and not
judge, have patients, be fair and kind to all. These are my most important jobs until I die.
